Green Meadow Farm grown heirloom hominy white corn. Non-GMO, unsprayed, unadulterated. Lightly toasted then ground finer. Makes a soft and creamy polenta that is an excellent base for sauces and is a gluten free substitute for pasta. Also used to create rustic desserts like bodino and polenta cakes. Sold in 2lb bags.
